1. Kos (Istanköy): Bodrum's Neighbor

Kos, the hometown of Hippocrates, is one of the closest and most popular islands to Türkiye. It is a real attraction with its lively centre, beaches and history.

2. Chios: Mastic Scented Island

4. Lesbos: The Island of Ouzo and Art

Lesbos, the third largest island in Greece, is known for its authentic atmosphere, thermal waters, delicious ouzo and the land where Sappho found inspiration.

5. Rhodes: The Island of Knights

Resembling a movie set with its colorful houses and tiny harbor, Meis is the closest Greek island to Türkiye. It is perfect for a day trip.

These three islands are generally located on the "Twelve Islands" line leading from Bodrum and are close to each other. Kalymnos is famous for its sponge divers, Leros for its quiet coves and Patmos for being the place where the Book of Revelation was written.

  • How to get there?: You can go to Mykonos Island from Çeşme and Bodrum ports.
