Important Information

• This event requires reservations. Advance booking is necessary for the workshop; materials and table arrangements will be prepared accordingly. After purchasing your ticket, you must reserve your spot via WhatsApp message to +90 532 463 56 77.
• All materials used in the workshop are provided by us.
• Designs with very detailed or very fine lines may be difficult to apply to a 15–20 cm glass surface; it is recommended to share custom designs before the workshop.
• Photography and video recording are permitted.

Packaging & Transportation

• The product is delivered with a floor stand.
• Because the product is made of glass, it should be handled carefully; although the edges are covered with copper foil, glass is a fragile material.
• The frame is not included in the standard package; it can be offered for an additional fee, and it is recommended to specify this when booking.
• The paint requires drying time to fully set; it is recommended to handle the product carefully and avoid contact with the surface during the first day.

• All materials to be used at the event are included in the ticket price.

• Participants may bring food and drinks to the session. However, this must be communicated in advance.

• The maximum delay for the event is 15 minutes; participation will not be possible after 15 minutes.

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless there are changes to the program.
