Important Information

• The workshop usually lasts 2.5–3 hours; the duration may vary depending on the size of the product, the level of detail in the pattern, and the yarn chosen.
• Designs with very detailed, fine lines or small text may not be suitable for the tufting technique; designs with clear contours and simple color blocks yield better results. It is recommended to share your custom designs before the workshop.
• Because it is a handcrafted product, each item is unique; there is no guarantee that an exact replica will not be made.
• The workshop is suitable for participants aged 10 and above; since a tufting gun is used, children must follow instructions carefully.
• Photography and video recording are permitted.

  • The standard package uses acrylic cord and a surface trim. For guests seeking a more custom result, additional finishing options such as wool or viscose cord upgrades, backing, and detailed 3D curving are available upon request for an extra charge.

• The workshop requires no prior experience.

• All materials to be used at the event are included in the ticket price.

• Participants may bring food and drinks to the session. However, this must be communicated in advance.

• The maximum delay for the event is 15 minutes; participation will not be possible after 15 minutes.

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless there are changes to the program.
