Ceyhunrent Car Rental Conditions

There are some conditions that customers must meet when renting a car with Ceyhunrent.
The rented vehicle can only be used by the person or persons whose name is specified in the contract form. Some damages may be caused by persons not specified in the contract. These damages are accepted as the responsibility of the person named in the contract during the car rental transaction.
Customers who want to benefit from car rental service can benefit from car rental service for at least 48 hours. For monthly rentals, this limit is evaluated over 30 days.

During the car rental process, a provision between 500-2000 Turkish Liras is collected from the customer, depending on the vehicle groups. The provision collected as a guarantee will be refunded to the credit card of the person renting the vehicle within 10 days, unless an additional amount is incurred.
At Ceyhunrent car rental company, payments are made only with credit cards belonging to the customer. Cash, prepaid checks or debit cards are not accepted due to Ceyhunrent's security measures.

If the cancellation request is notified less than 24 hours in advance, a daily fee is deducted from the total amount.
