What is the validity period of Friday tickets?
Promotional tickets are valid for the year 2027. The last date the tickets can be used is the last sailing date of the assigned company on the relevant route in 2027, after the company has been assigned to the ticket. If promotional tickets are to be used after the summer season, the sailing schedule of the assigned company must be followed. You can obtain more detailed information about your company's sailing schedule for 2027 by sending an email to bilgi@bilet.com or by contacting the ferry company assigned to your promotional ticket directly.
Can I put my ticket on hold? Can I change the date?
Friday promotional tickets are sold as open tickets. You can date your promotional open ticket free of charge. If the port fee is collected online during dating, it must be paid. No additional charges or dating fees are applied besides the port fee.
I didn't know my passport number when I bought my ticket, what should I do?
You can leave the passport number field blank when purchasing your ticket. This field must be updated before your trip.
Can I change the route and name on my ticket?
You can update all your passenger information until December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027 onwards, passenger information can no longer be updated; only passport numbers can be updated. Route changes are not possible on tickets.
I want to add a vehicle to my ticket. How can I do that?
If a vehicle is included in the service on your chosen route, you can check the availability of a vehicle by emailing bilgi@bilet.com or contacting our call center. If available, you can add a vehicle to your ticket by paying the fare difference. However, carriers allocate a limited number of vehicles for promotional tickets. Therefore, Bilet.com cannot guarantee the addition of a vehicle to promotional tickets.
Can I purchase an open-dated ticket?
BiletFriday tickets are purchased as open tickets. Date selection is purely representative. After purchasing your ticket, it will be automatically made open by the system, and you can use it at any time during 2027 on eligible voyages by paying the port fee and rescheduling the date.

Important Notes Regarding Ticket Friday:
- Tickets purchased during the Friday promotion are sold as open tickets and can only be used as specified in the promotion terms and conditions.
- Port fees are not included in promotional tickets. Port fees are collected online at the time of booking. On some routes, port fees are collected at the port on the day of travel, not at the time of booking.
- You can only use your promotional ticket on the route you selected during purchase.
- Bilet.com will assign airlines to promotional tickets until March 1, 2027. Promotional tickets can only be used on flights operated by the assigned airline.
- Route or airline changes are not permitted with promotional tickets.
- Once you've decided on the date you wish to use your promotional ticket, you can select your departure date and schedule your ticket through the Bilet.com ticket search screen using your ticket's PNR number and last name. For routes where port fees are collected online, payment of the port fee is required before the ticket scheduling process can be completed.
- Tickets purchased during a promotional period cannot be changed or canceled after the date has been confirmed.
- Promotional tickets must be used sometime in 2027.
- Promotional tickets are valid for voyages on the assigned route by the company in 2027. Companies may suspend services during the last months of the year depending on weather conditions and schedule changes. If promotional tickets are to be used after the summer season, the schedule of the assigned company should be monitored. - You can date your promotional open ticket free of charge. If a port fee is charged online during the dating process, it must be paid. No additional charges or dating fees are applied besides the port fee.
- You can purchase as many tickets as you like and use them in 2027.
- The discount applies to the base ticket price for Adult Round Trip Tickets on Different Days . The promotional discount does not apply to one-way tickets, child tickets, or infant tickets. However, you can use your discounted ticket for same-day round trip if you wish.

Ticket Friday Campaign Details
- When purchasing tickets with the Friday campaign, you need to specify a date for the system to process the ticket; the selected date is representative only.
- After purchasing your ticket, it will be automatically put on hold and sent to you.
- The discount is applied to the base ticket price. Port taxes and fees are not included in the ticket price.
- This promotion is valid for round-trip adult tickets on different days. It is not valid for same-day round-trip tickets, one-way tickets, or child and infant tickets. For child and infant tickets, on some routes, only a portion of the price is paid when purchasing the ticket. The remaining amount will be collected online during booking. For child and infant tickets, the difference will be calculated by deducting the amount paid from the non-discounted price.
- By logging into Bilet.com, you can book your ticket for any available flight throughout 2026.
- Friday tickets are valid for flights within 2026 and on flights scheduled after April 1, 2026 .
- Ticket expiration dates vary depending on the route. You can view the details in the table above.
- The discount applies to passenger tickets. Vehicle tickets are not included in the promotion.
- Tickets for Friday are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Promotional Ticket Friday Ferry Ticket Date Conditions:
- In the months following the end of the campaign, each ticket will be automatically assigned one company by the system, and company selection and changes cannot be made.
- All ferry tickets are valid only for the specified route and on the specified ferry company's services. Route and company changes are not possible.
- On the Aliağa - Mytilene route, the port tax is included in the price. On other routes, port taxes and payments are not included in the ticket price. These payments will be made by the passenger online before travel or at the port, according to the procedures of the ferry operator and the port.
- On the Ayvalık-Mytilene , Fethiye-Rhodes , and Kaş-Meis routes, port tax is collected at the port. For other routes, port tax will be collected online by Bilet.com during ticket scheduling.
- Date selection is done by logging into Bilet.com. You are allowed to select dates free of charge once per ticket.
- The scheduling process for the 2026 calendar year will be visible in your member panel and can be completed as companies define their flights in the system.
- Friday tickets are valid for flights taking place in 2026 and on or after April 1, 2026.
- Each ferry trip accepts passengers on a promotional offer up to 40% of its capacity. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not leave the booking process for your desired travel dates until the last few weeks.
- Ferry companies may impose limits during official and religious holidays.
- Ferry tickets that are not used by the specified expiration date for the relevant route will expire.
