Rize, located in the east of the Black Sea region and famous for its tea, with its Black Sea coast; It is adjacent to Artvin, Erzurum, Bayburt and Trabzon. Rize, the province with the highest rainfall in our country, is one of the cities worth seeing with its emerald plateaus, streams, mountains with reachable peaks, famous names and different language culture.

Especially its streams are famous. If we list these streams from east to west: Fırtına Stream, Fındıklı Stream, Büyükdere, Pazar Su, Karadere and İyidere. Rize, where all shades of green can be seen everywhere, is covered with tea gardens, including mountains and slopes, despite its narrow agricultural areas. As a result, it has the lifeblood of the regional economy with its tea factories located throughout the province.

Tea, which was previously processed by the state, has now been opened to investments by the private sector. Tea factories, which are the bread and butter of Rize and many of the surrounding provinces, provide extensive employment to the region. Rize, the most expensive province of the Eastern Black Sea region, is famous for its historical castles and bridges.
