Providing a safe experience at a constant temperature of -4°C, Snowpark provides necessary equipment such as boots, helmets, jackets, and gloves for entry. Snowpark offers year-round snow fun for families, schools, corporate groups, and organizations.

Ticket Validity and Terms of Use
Purchased tickets are valid until June 30, 2026 .
Purchased tickets are valid during venue operating hours (11:00 – 22:00). Tickets can be used no later than the 20:00 screening.
Tickets only grant entry; additional services and activities are not included in the admission fee.
The total usage time is 60 minutes, including entry and exit preparation time. 20 minutes of this time is for putting on/taking off equipment and preparation, and 40 minutes is for use in the snowy area. The time starts upon completion of the entry process. Tickets purchased from Bilet.com include an additional 20 minutes as a gift , allowing a total of 60 minutes in the snowy area. An additional fee will apply for exceeding this time limit.
As part of the entrance fee, visitors are provided with free snow boots, snow jackets or snowsuits, and snow gloves by Snowpark. Snow helmets are also provided free of charge for children. The provided equipment can be used throughout the visit and must be returned in full at the end of the visit.
The facility may implement a temporary session schedule due to high demand or operational reasons. In this case, tickets can be used at the first available session following the purchase time. Session times are subject to change by the facility.
Tickets purchased online must be validated at the ticket office before entry.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
The online sales application is valid for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye.
Snowmobile experiences, professional photography, and food and beverage services at the Snow Cafe are not included in the entrance fee and will be charged separately.
Tickets purchased online are personal; they cannot be transferred, sold to third parties, or used by others. Tickets are for single use only and cannot be copied. Tickets will be considered invalid if unauthorized use is detected.
The ticket holder is responsible for the security of the QR code or reservation information provided to them. Snowpark is not responsible for any consequences arising from the sharing of the QR code with third parties, its loss, or its unauthorized use.
Age and Accompanying Requirements
Children aged 0–1.99 years old are admitted free of charge; however, entry to the snowy area is not recommended.
Children aged 2–13 may not enter the facility alone; they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Adult visitors are required to purchase an entry ticket.
You may be asked to present identification for age verification purposes.
Parents are fully responsible for the children accompanying them.
Park Internal Regulations and Safety Rules
Units within the park may be temporarily closed due to high demand, technical maintenance, or operational reasons.
Running in snowy areas, engaging in behavior that endangers other visitors, and violating safety instructions are prohibited.
Only one person is allowed on snowtubing and sledding equipment. Instructions from staff must be followed.
Bringing cell phones and similar electronic devices into the snowy area is risky. The facility is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to these devices.
Flammable and explosive materials, sharp or pointed objects, weapons, and similar dangerous materials are prohibited from entering the park.
Bringing pets into the snowy area is prohibited.
Bringing objects that could endanger safety, such as balls and frisbees, as well as equipment like scooters, skateboards, roller skates, and bicycles into the parking area is prohibited.
Bringing outside food and drinks into the parking area is prohibited (except for baby food).
Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited within the park.
The parking area is monitored by a camera system for security purposes.
Any damage to facility equipment, units, or third parties caused by visitors' negligent behavior will be charged to the visitor in question.
If equipment provided to visitors is damaged due to intentional or negligent use, the cost of the damage will be charged to the visitor.
Snowpark management reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the park without refund anyone who jeopardizes safety, violates rules, or disturbs other visitors.
Health, Responsibility and Risk Statement
Height, weight, age, and health restrictions may apply in skating units; compliance with these rules is mandatory.
Pregnant women, people with heart or blood pressure problems, those with open wounds, or those with serious health problems should not use the units.
Recreational and sledding activities inherently involve risks. Visitors are required to heed warning signs and staff instructions.
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. Lockers with digital password mechanisms are provided within the facility. Snowpark is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items despite the use of the lockers.
While Snowpark takes all necessary safety precautions, it is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from visitors' unruly behavior.

Unit opening and closing hours may vary depending on operational intensity and technical requirements.
Snowpark reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice if it deems it necessary.
For promotional or package ticket sales, the terms and conditions of the promotion are specified separately. Rights under the promotion are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
