Soundscape returns with its Fifth Episode on July 26-27 at Life Park Istanbul, one of the largest forest areas in Istanbul.

EVENT RULES

• The festival has an 18 age limit.
• Participants are required to have their ID with them and present it when requested.
• The festival will take place in all weather conditions. It is recommended to be prepared for all weather conditions. Tickets will not be refunded.
• Please do not forget to prepare your online ticket at the festival entrance and enter the appropriate ticket checkpoint. We recommend that you arrive early to avoid being affected by the crowd.
• Festival wristbands must not be removed during the event. Spectators who purchase a combination ticket must not remove their wristbands to enter on the second day. Spectators without wristbands cannot enter the festival area.
• Participants who have entered the event area will need to purchase new tickets if they exit the area.
• Security personnel will subject everyone entering the festival area to a security search.
• Open cigarettes and tobacco packages will be collected at the entrance of the event for security reasons.
• The organizer and venue authorities have the right to refuse entry to the venue to anyone they deem unsuitable, provided that the ticket fee is refunded. Refund notifications are made on the first business day.
• The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
• The organizer has the right to make changes to the event program, venue and date.
• No action will be taken for lost tickets.
• Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Festival tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove from the event area those who have not purchased tickets from official sales points.
• Food, drinks and umbrellas from outside will not be allowed into the event area.
• Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional recording devices will not be allowed into the area. Selfie and GoPro sticks will not be allowed into the event area.
• It is forbidden to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, cutting or piercing tools and laser pointers.
• There is no luggage storage at the event area.
• There is no accommodation option in the festival area.
• For security reasons, large bags and backpacks will not be allowed into the event.
• The participant allows his/her image to be recorded as part of the general image, recording and live broadcast work carried out at the event and accepts that the relevant organizer is authorized to freely use these recordings.
• Sound conditions at the venue may cause temporary hearing loss.
• Lighting patterns in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
• Each individual participating in the event is deemed to have read and understood all the articles in the special rules and to agree to abide by all rules set by the organization, or to be removed from the venue.
