EVENT RULES

• Bilet.com and the Organizer are not responsible for attendees arriving after the event has started and being unable to secure their purchased seats. The Organizer and Bilet.com do not guarantee seats for latecomers. Therefore, we strongly recommend arriving well before the concert begins.
• Children under 6 are not allowed in the activity area. All participants aged 6 and above require a ticket.
• The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Furthermore, guests who enter the event area using a scanned ticket will not be able to re-enter with the same ticket if they leave later. Guests wishing to re-enter will need to purchase a new ticket.
• All participants must have their tickets with them throughout the event.
• Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket holders whose tickets were not purchased from official sales points.
• Purchased tickets may not be used for any commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use, such as advertising, competitions, raffles, promotions, etc., unless written permission is obtained from the Organizer. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled.
• Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event area.
• The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to individuals it deems unsuitable or likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
• Cameras, photographic equipment, sound equipment, and all other audio-visual recording devices will not be allowed into the event venue.
• Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks will not be allowed into the event area.
• Recording will not be permitted during the event. Attendees agree that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist management.
• Flammable and explosive materials (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc.), combustible materials, sharp or piercing objects, all types of firearms, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers will not be allowed into the event area.
• Pets are not allowed in the event area.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed in the concert area.
• The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and videos of attendees in promotional materials, and by attending the event, participants agree to the use of this right.
