Prepared specifically for Istanbul , the concept of “Ecstasy: Between Two Seas” offers an elegant contrast of traditional and contemporary elements rooted in Sami Yusuf’s musical vision.

This special night is a celebration of love for Istanbul, Türkiye and the wider Turkish world. In this concert that sheds light on the contributions of Turkish civilization and art to universal culture, the Turkish classical music heritage and the Turkish language will delicately echo in the melodies. The powerful verses of Nesimi and Yunus Emre will lead the night; Turkish makams and the voice of Anatolia will rise to the sky.

In this night, which will be staged with a wide range of artists; every detail from stage design to lighting setup, from costumes to projections will bring the historical and cultural spirit of Istanbul to the stage. The person who brings all these elements together and directs the spirit of the concert, transforming the stage into a journey, will again be Sami Yusuf as composer and artistic director.

The most original reflections of Sami Yusuf's musical and artistic vision emerge when he positions his musical heritage within a broad framework: the elegant guzheng of China, the enchanting sato, qo'shnay and dutar of Central Asia, the tombak and santur of Iran, the ney, divan saz and bendir of Anatolian geography, the sitar and tabla of Indian culture, the cello, viola, harpsichord and contrabass of Western tradition come to life with the sound of many instruments. • There are no cancellations or refunds for specific events.
• Visitors aged 7 and over are required to have a ticket.
• The user accepts that he/she complies with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets he/she purchased. It will be mandatory to present an ID at the event venue for the purchased ticket for age limits.
• Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and no refunds and/or changes can be made to the ticket price. No request can be made for a refund of tickets that are not used on the day and time.
• The organization owner institution and/or organizations have the right to make changes in the areas where the concert will be held and/or the arrangement and plan of the concert stages as they deem appropriate.
• It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside to the festival area. You can purchase your food and drink needs from cafes, restaurants, etc. sales points in the festival area.
