EVENT RULES

• Neither iTicket Turkey nor the organizer are responsible for audience members arriving after the event begins being unable to sit in their purchased seats. Neither the organizer nor iTicket Turkey guarantees seats for latecomers. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you arrive at the event before the concert starts.
• Children under the age of 6 are not allowed into the event area. All participants aged 6 and over are required to have a ticket.
• The organization company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
• Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. Guests who enter the event area after having their tickets scanned will not be able to re-enter the event area with the same ticket if they later leave. Guests wishing to re-enter the event area must purchase a new ticket.
• All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
• Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to anyone who has not purchased a ticket from an official sales point.
• Purchased tickets cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use, such as advertising, competitions, sweepstakes, promotions, etc., unless written permission is received from the Organizer. Tickets used for these purposes will be cancelled.
• Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
• The organization company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to any person deemed unsuitable for disturbing other guests, on the condition that the ticket price is refunded.
• No audio-visual recording devices such as cameras, photo cameras, sound devices, etc. will be allowed into the event venue.
• Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks will not be allowed into the event area.
• No recording will be permitted during the event. The audience acknowledges that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated at the discretion of the artist's management.
• Any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), combustible, cutting or piercing tools, firearms, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and laser pointers will not be allowed into the event area.
• Pets are not allowed in the event area.
• Food and drinks from outside are not allowed into the concert area.
• The right to use photographs and videos of the participants in the promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and by participating in the event, the participant accepts the use of this right.
