EVENT RULES
- The event has an 18-year age limit, and guests under the age of 18, including those accompanied by an adult, will not be permitted. Identification is required if necessary.
- The event doors open at 20:00 and the event start time is 21:30. We kindly request all our guests to be at the area at least 1 hour before the event start time.
- The venue reserves the right to bring the event start time forward by up to half an hour.
- The venue reserves the right to make any changes to the program and event ticket prices due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- Tickets will be checked at the entrance to the event. You must show the QR code of the ticket you purchased with your phone.
- To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests, the venue will ensure a gender-female ratio at the entrance and will issue ticket refunds if necessary. All participants are kindly requested to attend the event with due diligence.
- Outside food and drink are prohibited from entering the event area. Cigarettes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale in the event area.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with any kind of flammable, explosive, cutting or piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Backpacks, suitcases, helmets, coats, and professional cameras are prohibited from entering the event area. Cloakroom services are available for a fee.
- Pets are not allowed in the event area.
- Guests who purchase VIP Bistro are required to make a reservation by calling +90 533 047 05 46.
- The sound system in the event area may cause temporary hearing loss, and the lighting system may cause temporary eye discomfort. It is harmful to those with MS and epilepsy, so caution is advised.
- Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
