Event Rules

• Bringing food and drinks from outside into the hall is prohibited.
• Filming with professional cameras is prohibited in the hall.
• To avoid distracting the players, taking photographs with flash during the match is strictly prohibited.
• Everyone entering the event area acknowledges and agrees that they may appear in video and audio recordings made during the event, and that these recordings may be used by the organization for promotional or broadcast purposes through any medium.
• Intense light shows, strobe lights, and loud sound effects may be used during the event. Participants with light-sensitive epilepsy are advised to exercise caution.
• Bringing whistles, horns, vuvuzelas, and similar wind instruments or loud noise-producing devices, as well as any equipment deemed by the organizers to be a source of noise, into the event area is prohibited.
• Only viewers aged 16 and over will be allowed into the theater.
• Bringing sharp, pointed, flammable or explosive materials into the event area is prohibited.
• Bringing drones, lasers, and similar distracting equipment into the event area is prohibited.
• Spectators attending in cosplay are required to remove their face-covering masks during security checks. Realistic-looking toy guns (airsoft guns, etc.) must have orange tips and be certified as harmless.
• Behavior that disrupts the event, disturbs other participants, or negatively impacts the quality of the broadcast is not permitted.
• Swearing, insults, discrimination, hooliganism, or violent behavior are subject to zero tolerance.
• The organization reserves the right to remove a participant from the area if it deems it necessary.
• Entry to the event area is only possible with a valid ticket.
• Security checks are mandatory at the entrances to the event area.
• Tickets are for single entry only; re-entry is not permitted after exit.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants who do not comply with the event rules may be removed from the area without any refund.
• The organizer is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen within the event area. Locker services will not be available.
• Giving tactical instructions, directing, or influencing the outcome of the match from the stands is prohibited.
• The organization reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, match times, or maps due to force majeure.
