Terms of Use: The opportunity code received; By sending it to the box office at the entrance of the business, your Annual Membership Card is created and delivered to you. The validity period begins with the creation of the card and is valid for 365 days from the first entry.


Rules:

• Tickets are only valid for Turkish citizens. (These tickets are only valid for Turkish citizens)
• Campaign Validity Period: You can visit every day of the week between 10:00-22:00, the last entry time for visitors is 21:15. Tickets purchased are valid until September 30, 2023 (including public holidays, semesters, holidays and special days).
• Tickets are single-person and disposable and lose their validity after leaving the venue.
• People under the age of 13 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 18 during the visit. Adults are subject to a ticket.
• Adult tickets are valid for visitors between the ages of 13 and 64, and child tickets are valid for visitors under the age of 13. Children between the ages of 0-36 months are free of charge. It is mandatory for students/teachers/guests who purchase tickets over the age of 65 to present their ID at the reception at the entrance of the aquarium.
• There are no sessions, you can stay at the center as long as you want after your entrance.
• Promotional tickets purchased do not provide entry priority at the box office. Your special code must be converted into a ticket at the box office.
• The use of tobacco and its derivatives and the consumption of food and beverages are prohibited inside the centre. Entry with pets is not allowed.
• Adult, Child, Student, Teacher, 65 Years Old and Family package tickets are promotional tickets for local citizens. You may be asked to present your ID when necessary to benefit from these tickets.
• No reservation required. Before planning your visit, do not forget to take a look at the feeding times of the creatures.
• NO REFUND, CANCELLATION OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE IN PURCHASED TICKETS.
