EVENT CONDITIONS AND RULES

• Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price. All drinks and food consumed during the event will be charged extra.

• Guests of all ages can attend the concert. Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed into the concert area. If guests wish, they can leave their children at Kijo (Kids Club) next to the concert area. To enter the hotel, a ticket must be purchased regardless of age.

• Lujo Hotel; Within the scope of promotion, marketing and advertising activities, it carries out general video recording and live broadcasting activities at the venue. The participant is aware that general footage is being recorded at the location and that his/her images may be taken during these shootings, whether he/she is with the general audience or not, and gives permission/approve for his/her images to be recorded in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. and accepts that the relevant organizer is authorized to use these records freely without the need for a separate permission.

• Admission time to the concert area is 19.30, event start time is 20:00, BEDOUIN performance start time is 22:00.

• After purchasing a ticket, guests must send their ID photocopy and contact phone numbers to callcenter@lujohotel.com with the subject heading "BEDOUIN Performance Participation".

• Everyone who participates in our event is deemed to have accepted all security measures determined by the security team, including body and bag searches. People who do not want to comply with these measures will have their right to enter the event canceled and their tickets will not be refunded. All participants must have their IDs with them.

• There is no specific seating arrangement in the concert area other than the lodges, it is standing.

• Participants under the age of 18 are not admitted to the concert area without a legal parent.

• Food and drinks brought from outside will not be allowed into the event area.

• Pets are not allowed into the event area.

• Sound patterns in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.

• Light patterns in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.

• It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).

• You must be at the door of the event with your ticket at least half an hour before the event start time.

• The organizer reserves the right to change the ticket purchasing conditions.

• Lujo Hotel protects and ensures the health and safety of the participants, their peace, the order in the internal functioning of the facility, etc. It has the right to deny admission to the event venue by refunding the ticket fee to people it deems unsuitable for the event.

• Event hours are between 20:00 and 01:00. Guests who exceed check-out time will be charged an additional fee.

• The wristbands that will be distributed to the participants should not be removed until they leave the facility. If it is ticketed entry, the tickets must be kept until they leave the facility.

• It is mandatory to present identification upon entering the hotel.
